International Orders

If you’re ordering outside the UK, please be aware that delivery times may differ.

International orders may also be required to pay customs or import fees, which are not included in the purchase price.

 

Returns & Refunds

All orders are handcrafted and sewn with care. Your satisfaction is important to us, and we do accept exchanges and refunds.

If you would like to make a return, please head over to our Contact page and send us an email regarding your return request within 14 days of receiving your order. Once we receive your message, we will get back to you with instructions on how to proceed.

Please note that all return requests must be approved before items are sent back.
